Application period for the 2011 - 2012 school year is open.

Step 1: Apply

• Request that a complete packet be mailed to you or pick one up from the school office.

Step 2: Complete

• Complete and return packet with all requested documents.

• Packet includes:
  
  
  • 1) District Registration Form
  • 2) Permission to photo
  • 3) Home language survey
  • 4) Health card
  • 5) Health screening agreement
  • 6) Field trip permission form
  • 7) Request for records card
  • 8) Volunteer form

Step 3: Return Letter

• Return acceptance letter or waiting list letter to school office.
